I am contacting you today to request information on your company's services.At our meeting last week,we've talked about the plans a birthday celebration Doeyang Corporation 21st in Building Candika belongs Lingua Service Galantic. I will confirm the plans. 

 The event date is December 10. The hours are 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The event will be attended by two-hundred  people composed of shareholders, employees Doeyang Corporation.We need a building and ten VIP rooms for a break.

As we have discussed, we need an MC, a single organ and bands to enliven the event . To VIP room we asked for special services such as the availability of wifi and swimming pool.

On December 10, we will prepare a lunch catering and I want to ask for a menu and price list to you as soon as possible send via email or fax.

I will receive how much funding is projected for a birthday celebration Doeyang Corporation later. Can you email or fax the projected costs, so that I could confirm shortly.

Thank you for your letter expressing interest in Candika Building belongs Lingua Servis Galantic. This letter will confirm our meeting subsequent to discussing plans.

We understand your company would like to reserve our facility on December 10 . Two-hundred people will attend. You will need a building and a total of ten VIP rooms for a break.

As you requested we will provide an MC, a single organ and bands to enliven the event . We understand that you are asked for special services to VIP rooms such as the availability of wifi and swimming pool. We need to know bands you want.

Please provide us this information ten days before the start of the Celebration .

On December 10,we will provide lunch catering. The menu choices and price list were we send via email to you last thursday. Please tell us your menu selections five days before the celebration.

As you requested,we send email the projected cost last week. After you decide on the type of lunch,we can finalize the cost estimate.
